Why should you attend

    Kristyn has over 20 years of experience designing and implementing large corporate financial web sites with specific focus on creating award winning customer experiences that drive significant sales and cost savings to the company's bottom line. She is currently the Vice President of Digital Strategy at Sallie Mae and is responsible for digital strategy, UX design and Front End Development for all customer facing digital platforms including Salliemae.com and Upromise.com. Before coming to Sallie Mae, Kristyn worked at Bank of America/Merrill Lynch and pioneered the launch of the Merrill Edge brokerage business. She developed the digital strategy, hired the team and launched their website, active trader platform and mobile suite. Prior to that, Kristyn was at Fidelity Investments for 15 years and was instrumental in digital strategy and design for NetBenefits and Fidelity.com. Her specific focus was on the authenticated experience on both web and native mobile platforms. Preceding Fidelity, Kristyn held positions at AT&T New Media Network and Digital Equipment Corporation. She has a Bachelor of Science from Babson College.
