The Digital Marketing Masterclass will show senior management and technical leads from B2C brands how they can deploy the latest digital marketing tools and techniques to generate new business and retain loyal customers across all customer touchpoints. Core themes range from mobile apps, search and ecommerce strategies to social media, CRM and affiliate marketing.
At the free to attend, half-day event, delegates will hear from digital experts during a brief initial presentation, before moving to a more in-depth consultation during the round-table discussions. In addition, a leading brand will give a keynote about its digital journey.
Director of Digital and OperationsPandora
Will Farrell-Green is Pandora Media’s Director of Digital and Operations overseeing all digital and content media delivery on behalf of Pandora’s music industry partners. Will’s works with music venues, agencies, promoters and label partners to deliver highly engaging digital and content media programs that build awareness for one of shows, launch festivals, promote artist tours and break album and single releases both nationally and globally. Will is a very proud Kiwi, born and bred in Auckland, New Zealand and has lived in the US for 18 months. Will has a strategy, operations and digital background after working at both PwC and KPMG before founding and launching NZ’s first dedicated IoT start-up, Morepork, at the beginning of 2015. Will studied at Auckland University completing an MBA, Law and Science degrees. Prior to his business career, Will was a professional triathlete representing NZ at an Olympic and World Championship level before retiring in 2008.
