Caroline is the VP of Digital and Customer Marketing at Gap Inc., responsible for $100M+ global digital and direct marketing programs for Gap's 5 brands (Gap, Banana Republic, Old Navy, Athleta, and Intermix), driving to both retail and online store sales. Caroline most recently held the role of CMO at Care.com. She previously led global marketing & ecommerce teams at Disney Interactive, Sony Network Entertainment, Electronic Arts, and Walmart.com. Caroline previously sat on the Advisory Board of iProspect, a leading search agency, and currently sits on the Advisory Boards of RocketLawyer and Univfy, both consumer internet start-ups. She has studied and worked in Asia and holds degrees from UCLA, UC Berkeley, and University of Chicago.
