goGLOW founder, Melanie Richards is no stranger to hard work. Raised by a tenacious single mother, she learned the importance of hustle, passion and never to settle.
Melanie went on to spend several years in public service, where she worked closely with victims of domestic violence. Day in and day out, Mel witnessed women who had lost their spark, their sense of self and their hope. She helped them to rebuild the life they deserved.
While maintaining her full time job, Melanie attended the Aveda Institute and completed the Esthiology program. In 2010, she drew on her foundation as an esthetician to bring health, confidence and passion to the women in her community. Melanie started goGLOW as a mobile sunless tanning service. She spent her days working hard in public service and her nights building the dream - to help women grow and glow.
