Her creative, innovative concepts and strategies will focus on delivering spot-on results for the niche start up, further elevating the all-natural Men's grooming brand.
A team player and mentor with a “make your mark” attitude, she puts 110 percent into everything she's involved in. Her expertise in web development, influencer marketing, interactive, social media, advertising, and promotions allows exploration of new media platforms with traditional sensibilities. Before taking position at Scotch Porter, Aleesha held senior positions at Iconix Brand Group and Roc Nation, where she uncovered new digital territories for large global brands and elite celebrity superstar acts.
She has demonstrated success in building strong teams and managing 360º degree activations. With proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders, vendors and critical team members, she is laser focused on increasing revenue and profits. Driven by new challenges and the desire to excel in all endeavors, her humble but hustle-hard mentality keeps her at the forefront at all times.

Kalshelia Lloyd is currently Associate Director of Gum for Mondelēz International where she is in charge of leading the direction of brands such as Trident and Dentyne. After graduating Georgetown University with a BS in Finance and starting her career in investment banking and corporate finance, Mrs. Lloyd received her Master’s in Business Administration at the Stern School of Business at New York University. She started her marketing career at Kraft Foods working on the kids wholesome brands such as Barnum’s Animal Crackers where she established the brand’s partnership with fashion icon, Lilly Pulitzer. She then spent two years working on Ritz Crackers, one of the largest cracker brands in the US, where she was instrumental in relaunching and re-branding the Ritz Crackerfuls sub-brand and redesigning the social media strategy for Ritz Crackers. She then moved to the confectionery business where she had leadership roles in gum innovation and managing the candy portfolio of Sour Patch Kids and Swedish Fish. Mrs. Lloyd currently co-leads the Mondelēz International African American Council for North America. She also volunteers in her community through her work with her sorority, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc., and the Junior League of Elizabeth-Plainfield. Mrs. Lloyd lives in northern New Jersey with her husband, Malcolm, toddler twins, Jackson & Layla and miniature schnoodle named Max.
