The Content, Social & Influencer Marketing Masterclass will show senior management from B2C brands how they can deploy the latest content, social and influencer marketing tools and techniques to generate new business and retain loyal customers across all touchpoints. In addition, the event will address how to acquire, engage with and incentivise influencers to drive customer engagement and produce authentic native and user generated content.
Core themes include paid and organic social, social commerce, influencer and conversational marketing. The Masterclass will explore the nuances of working with multiple influencers, and how to produce authentic content in a variety of formats – including text, images, short- and long-form video – to engage consumers and stand out from your competitors.
At the free to attend, half-day event, delegates will hear from industry experts during a brief initial presentation, before moving to a more in depth consultation during the round-table discussions. In addition, a leading brand will give a keynote about its own experience with content, social and/or influencer marketing.
