    With over 8 years of social media marketing experience for major brands – like Radisson Blu and Life Time - as well as working alongside independent brands as a consultant for her own Paragon Social, Ava Beilke is an expert in the ever-changing world of social media. She has managed diverse social strategies that include everything from grassroots campaigns to global brand initiatives. No matter the size or scale of the project, she has proven to captivate an audience and convert them into a valuable, engaged community through relevant messaging and execution.

    Currently the Manager of Social Media at Life Time, Ava is responsible for member retention and paid media strategies alongside brand social strategy and infrastructure for the company’s collection of 140+ luxury athletic clubs. She has traveled the nation delivering an in-person social media training course she created for the clubs’ fitness teams, enabling employees to further leverage social media as influencers.

    Prior to Life Time, Ava held roles at Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group supporting the global Radisson Blu Hotels, as well as taught digital media courses at The Institute of Production & Recording. She has spoken at the University of Minnesota, the University of St. Thomas, and Augsburg University. She is the owner of Paragon Social consulting where she has helped consult, train and execute social strategy for various entities. She holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Minnesota, and a master’s degree in Business Administration from Augsburg University.
