James possesses over 15 years of experience in client services, leadership and strategy across Affiliates, CRM, SEM, Social, DMP and Display. He first joined Awin in 2007, progressing from Account Manager to Account Director. In 2012, James joined an industry leading Marketing Cloud DSP as a Senior Client Services Manager. James returned to Awin in early 2019 as UK Strategy Director, where he is focused on driving continued growth through key strategic initiatives, innovation and international alignment.

Rob has been at Awin for seven years, working now as a Content Analyst on Awin’s Global Strategy team. He produces content based on the insights that the affiliate network tracks around the world. Alongside writing articles and whitepapers, Rob hosts the monthly podcast Awin Talks, presents at numerous industry conferences and is the editor of The Awin Report, the annual guide to the state of the global affiliate industry.
