Yee Lynn is the Group CRM Lead of HappyFresh, South East Asia's leading online grocery delivery platform. In her current role, she is responsible for lifecycle messaging and customer communications strategy. She leads the HappyFresh CRM teams across Indonesia, Malaysia, and Thailand. Prior to HappyFresh, Lynn was CRM manager for RedMart, then Lazada; raising the bar for customer engagement in the grocery space through email and push.
